CAN I LOSE 15LBS IN A MONTH???I can lose 15lbs a month with this work out right?
Yes, but I don't think is a balanced diet at all. You're going to crave a lot more carbs if you're exercising that much. You also might want to consider adding some more protien and some calcium as well. You're not giving your body enough nutrients to fuel itself.I can lose 15lbs a month with this work out right?
I still feel this is an incredibly unbalanced diet, so here are some symtoms indicating a serious defiency in protein or calcium.

Protein: muscle weakness, hyperpigmentation (skin looking sun-exposed), slow healing, face becoming fuller

Calcium:muscle aching/cramping, brittle nails, face spasms Report Abuse

Maybe? That's an impossible question without knowing your current weight and goal weight. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so you could get thinner and leaner and still weigh the same or more.

That does look like a good exercise and diet plan. If you are going to that from zero, good luck. The cardio will probably make it harder to lose weight because of how it will cause your body to burn calories and what the cardio will do to your appetite, making the calorie count harder to maintain.
Fruits do have a lot of sugar, and sugars turn into fats in your body. But different kinds of sugar turn into different kinds of fat. Fruit sugars mostly turn into good usable fats. Don't over-do the fruit, but it is still an important part of a healthy diet. so long as you stay away from white bread and pop and juice (unless it's 100% fruit juice and not-from-concentrate) this should be a good way to lose weight.
doubt it as fruit has alot of sugar so its doing more harm than good for weight loss, to lose weight u must not really reduce ur calorie intake BUT reduce ur carbs intake,, that way u give ur body a chance to burn fat for enery,, try to have no more than 30 grams a day of good carbs, and ul lose weight. diet is more important than exercise in weight loss.
The key for losing weight is easy - consume less food and exercise more often - the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think?! The sole method which clearly showed results for me was green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN. I worked off 20 pounds, it clearly does produce success!
I used everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills will not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There's a free trial on currently at http://hacepby.ozziesworld.com , why not check it out, what have you got to lose?
Too many carbs. Not enough protein %26amp; fats. Won't work.
