If they are not sold where you live they are brought in from neighboring states or counties.
The police overlook this very minor thing unless some busybody complains.
You will have to go to a state or a county where they are legal and buy them.
I don't know where you live but in Tennessee it is county option. We get them in a neighboring county where they are legal.
