Wait for her to be open and take a seat. When you remove your hat she'll see it. And since I just made this up, I doubt it's ever been done. A woman loves originality. Position yourself so you get to her chair. Introduce yourself, if you haven't already. Compliment her on what you like about her, make a few jokes (if you're good at that), then in a confident manner ask her out. You'll either have a date, or straight up know what time it is.
