I'm assuming you meant Chili's, the restaurant chain? If you're too shy to talk to her directly, I'd say the next time you eat there, ask your waiter about her (if she's single, etc). If she's single, then just pass your number to her before you leave and tell you'd like to take her out sometime (dont forget a killer smile).
