I know a guy who is very effeminate, likes wearing miniskirts and women's clothing, but he is straight and happy with his gender and sexuality.

Being feminine doesn't always mean your gay...
He may not be gay.He may just have some feminine ways,or is metrosexual,or was raised with a lot of females.The only way to know for sure is to ask him.

It's not that he hides it, it's just that he is not effeminate in the slightest. Trust me, unless you see him straight up stick his tongue down another man's throat while stroking his crotch, or he propositions you, you should just leave it alone.

Sometimes he can be a dead giveaway, if he acts strange enough. And he is NOT gay! If he's acting all sex-y (Note, the hyphen makes it a bad thing!) THEN he's gay.
i think thats kinda rude and dangerous; a person's sexuality is something very private and, let's say, delicate; if he's gay and still in the closet there must be some kind of reason and ';trying to bust'; him is really inappropriate and could cause the guy lots of stress and ';damage';

Some men are just effeminate and some women look and act masculine, doesn't necessarily mean they're gay.
