he looks at me in the eyes (staring and smiling) without saying anything for about 5seconds. Why is this as its starting to freak me out a bit.Theres this guy at work and everytime we are talking?

He is obviously demented, when he looks at you he sees a big juicy hamburger, he may be planning on eating you.
It's one of two things: either he likes you, or he likes you in a demented way.

He probably admires you and may want to speak to you, but, maybe he's shy or something. When he looks at you again that way, ask him, ';Can I help you?';, (or something like that).


Then, you will have put the ball in his court and he'll either have to answer you or you will have more than likely put a stop to his mess.
Follow your intuition. If you feel he is freaky, be careful not to be alone with him in the carpark or anywhere deserted.
break eye contact then...who knows why...perhaps he likes to eyeball people and think it's polite
If he's devious he's trying to intimidate you. Either that or he is simple.
Some ones told him you fancy him and he is trying to make you blush !
Next time he does it, slap him and see how he reacts.
men have the ability to actually not THINK about anything. perhaps this what happened.
